Seriously, is this a dog?
This is my Chloe. She sounds much more like a bird than a dog. What do you think?

Holy Smokes! Yes, I think someone exchanged her voicebox with a birds! If anything, you could tell people you have 3 dogs, 2 sugar gliders and a bird :). How cute she would be this year dressed up as tweetie though!
