Ben was asked by his friend Mackenzie if he'd like to be her Social partner. We'd never heard of it mostly because we're not from the South but also because we're (well, me) are from the ghetto. It's basically a class to teach manners and learn dances like the foxtrot, waltz, etc. He ended up really liking it. These are pics from the end of the year formal. It's a huge event down here. I had no idea. The pictures aren't great because I didn't have the best seat in the house. As you can see there were a lot of people there.

Guess you really are a southern girl NOW!!!! (Not completely, not wholly a Southerner...don't do it! It's not a good thing. I know, I have relatives, remember!)
Parker would rather die, rather do any other horrible thing than to dance, sing, do anything social other than playing outside with his friends.

How FUN! And so formal! That's great they get to learn all those manners and stuff. And, such a doll of a girl too - better watch out! ;)
